Our holiday club provision runs during every school holiday except for the Christmas break when the provision is closed for 2 weeks

Holiday club opening hours remain the same as term time with the setting opening at 7:30am and closing at 6pm.  Shorter, school day and half day, sessions can be booked to suit your needs. 

Our prices for 25/26 are as follows:

Full day (7:30 - 6) - £35

School day (9-3:30) - £27

Morning (7:30-1) - £18

Afternoon (1-6) - £18

Holiday club cold lunch (optional) - £2.50 per day

Holiday club is available for all children aged 3-11 regardless of the school they attend.  We currently provide care for children who attend schools such as Cranmore, Our Lady of the Wayside, St James’, Greswolde, Sharmans Cross and Shirley Heath.  We have found mixing children from various school backgrounds to be an enriching experience for both the children and the staff and often long-lasting friendships are made. 

During our clubs we aim to provide unique, exciting experiences for the children that will provide fabulous memories and talking opportunities with their friends once they return to school.  Our planning is always based around a theme and is sent to parents ahead of time.  Some of our past themes have been Around the World, Incredible Creatures, Let's Get Messy and of course celebrations such as Easter and Halloween are celebrated with egg hunts and fancy dress discos.

Our planning includes activities such as crafts, cooking, messy play, outdoor play, bikes and scooters and group games.  During our Summer club we have exciting visits from outside agencies.  In past years this has included drumming workshops, animal experiences, science workshops and even pony rides on our school playground.  These activities are often charged at an additional rate between £2-£10 and are charged at the time of invoicing.

Bookings forms are available the half term before every school holiday.  Bookings are completed online and are offered on a first come, first served basis.  Our holiday clubs fill up very fast so we advise getting bookings submitted asap to avoid disappointment.
