Hello, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Yvonne Cooper,
I have worked at Blossomfield since 2003 and I am your Community and Family Mentor. I am available in
school most Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you would like to meet me or find out more about my role
please speak to the staff in the office who will be happy to help you.

SASSI The meeting on 21.5.19 will be held at
Widney Manor Junior School
and is focussed on Understanding Anxiety in Autism.
The meeting will begin at 7.15
An SEN Information Sharing Coffee morning will be held at
Ulverley School, Rodney Road, Solihull on 20.5.19 9-11am.
Several agencies will be available for Parents/Carers to
talk to including SafeSpace, Autism West Midlands and

Core Library, Solihull hosts a monthly Lego Club on a Wednesday 4-5pm.
The club is free to attend but booking is essential. To reserve a place call 0121 704 6965
SAFESPACE is a Solihull based support group, run by parents for parents/carers of children with
additional needs. It’s a “safe space” to share, get advice and support. Meetings take place once a month.
The evening meeting is held at Langley hall Social Club (B92 7HE) 7.30-9.30 pm
and the daytime meeting at Sharman’s Cross Pub (B91 1HT) 9.30-11.00am

The centre is there to provide free support for people affected by breast cancer.
